Translation

1. In order to supply a quote, every translation will be calculated according to the number of tapewritten pages it consists of. Each tapewritten page is composed by 1500 characters (spaces included) and it is calculated using the appropriate tool as supplied by Microsoft Word
2. Before undertaking any translation, the translator has the right to look over the text in advance. It is customer’s duty to supply a readable and complete source language file.
3. The translator will be held responsible for the secrecy and preservation of client’s documents as long as he holds them.
4. Payment must be necessarily made in advance.
5. A translation that has already been completed must be entirely paid if the client wishes to renounce a translation after having placed an order.
6. We must be notified by email of any complaint concerning a translation within 30 working days from delivery date.

Interpreting

1. A working day is composed by 7 hours and the rate is calculated on the base of minimum 3 hours of service.
2. As regards missions and business trips, it is interpreter’s right to get daily allowance and hospitality as well as a refund of travelling expenses.
3. The payment can be made once the job is concluded or at the moment the client receives the invoice but no further than 30 working days from the day the job has been carried out. Once this deadline is expired, moratory interests according to ex art.5.1 del D.L. 9.10.2002, n.231 will be applied.
4. Job cancellation less than 8 days before the event entails the payment and the refund of interpreter’s wage and travelling expenses.
